Dr. Arviv, our founder, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has completed additional training in aesthetics as well as hormone replacement. You can speak to Dr. Arviv about her specialties in injectable dermal fillers as well as skin resurfacing treatments. She has a passion for helping patients learn about their skin and make the changes necessary to ensure that it is the healthiest it can be.
Dr. Tali Arviv is a compassionate and skilled physician in aesthetics and internal medicine. Florida licensed and Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah
MD, FACS, FICS
Dr. Abdullah is a highly credentialed plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He has extensive experience in optimizing the health of patients’ skin as well as educating patients (and his students, as he is a professor of plastic surgery at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine) about the human body and the procedures available to shape and improve its function and appearance.
Dr. Ahmed Abdullah is a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon, certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He serves on the Ethics Committee of the North Dakota Medical Association and is a fellow of the International College of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
In 1977, Dr. Abdullah attended Haverford College in Philadelphia on a full scholarship. After graduating with honors in 1981, he attended medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago and completed his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he trained under Drs. Martin Robson and John Heggers, are internationally renowned plastic surgeons and researchers, whose work showed aloe to be widely beneficial to the skin. From them, Dr. Abdullah learned the pioneering act of applying pharmaceutical-grade aloe to skin flaps during surgery to encourage expedited healing, a practice he continues today with much success. Today, Dr. Abdullah is himself a recognized expert on the restorative and medicinal effects of aloe vera. In fact, his understanding of aloe’s ability to benefit the skin led him to develop Lexli®, the premier line of aloe-based skin care, available online and via salons, spas, and physician offices.
Dr. Abdullah – through his work with patients and consumers, via the Lexli line – has proven that many common skin concerns can be avoided by optimizing skin health. Thus, he travels the world educating licensed skincare professionals and consumers alike about the proper ways to utilize aloe in skin care applications, the essential steps to ensuring the skin’s basic needs are met, and setting the record straight on prevalent skin care myths. Additionally, he touches on each of these topics in his book, Simple Skin care, Beautiful Skin: A Back-to-Basics Approach, which was released in 2012. Despite his schedule, he still sees patients regularly at his primary practice in Fargo, North Dakota.
Dr. Abdullah is an associate clinical professor in plastic surgery at the University Of North Dakota School Of Medicine and a member of the International Aloe Science Council (IASC) based in Dallas, Texas, for which he previously served on the board of directors.

Dr. Clive Persaud
DO, FAACS
Dr. Clive Persaud is a Double Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon known for his excellent surgical technique, vast medical knowledge and unparalleled patient care. Dr. Persaud hails from Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry.
Following his interest in medicine, he earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences then his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University in Kansas City, Missouri. During his medical school training, Dr. Persaud completed the prestigious Clinical Anatomy Fellowship in which he taught human anatomy and led cadaveric dissections sparking his interest in surgery.
Pursuing his passion for surgery, Dr. Persaud completed his Residency in General Surgery at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey and served as Chief Resident during his final year. In addition to honing his medical knowledge and surgical skills during residency, Dr. Persaud also published multiple manuscripts in high impact journals cementing his influence in the field of surgery.
Dr. Persaud has always had a keen sense for surgical detail and artistry thus choosing to further his training in the highly sought-after field of Cosmetic Surgery. Before you consider booking a plastic surgery procedure, it’s important to ask yourself a few questions. Consider the personal inquiries below and become better acquainted with your thoughts and feelings about your upcoming procedure, and then get in touch with us to ask further questions and book your appointment.
This question may sound silly, but both men and women often continue to grow and develop well into college. If you’re 16 years old and you’re considering breast augmentation, you may want to wait a few years to see if you’re truly “done” developing before you decide to make a change. Most plastic surgeons won’t book you for an appointment if you are still growing, and they will likely tell you to wait until you’ve been a consistent size for about a year before thinking about an elective procedure.
If you’re getting ready for gender reassignment surgery or you’ve always wanted to decrease your breast size because of the physical pain you experience due to this extra tissue, your reasons are likely obvious to yourself and well-explained to your doctor.
On the other hand, if you aren’t completely sure what you want to “fix” about yourself, are generally unhappy with your appearance, or are attempting to correct low self-esteem with plastic surgery, you will likely be disappointed with the results. This doesn’t mean that plastic surgery can’t be in your future! However, it does mean that you need to understand your reasoning before signing up for an irreversible procedure.
