Dr. Tali Arviv
MD
Dr. Arviv, our founder, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has completed additional training in aesthetics as well as hormone replacement. You can speak to Dr. Arviv about her specialties in injectable dermal fillers as well as skin resurfacing treatments. She has a passion for helping patients learn about their skin and make the changes necessary to ensure that it is the healthiest it can be.
Dr. Tali Arviv is a highly respected aesthetics provider, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 11 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Known for her expertise, innovation, and patient-centered approach, she continues to shape the future of modern aesthetics.
Born in Israel and raised in the United States from age four, Dr. Arviv developed an early passion for science and wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology (with honors) from the University of South Florida, followed by her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in 2014—the same year she launched her first aesthetics practice.
Over the next decade, she expanded into three successful locations across Tampa, Miami, and Ocala, establishing herself as a recognized leader in aesthetic medicine. After a strategic exit from ownership, she continues as Medical Director for Arviv Medical Aesthetics.
As the visionary founder of 360 Surgery Center, Dr. Arviv performs minor surgical procedures and provides an advanced, safe operating environment for fellow surgeons—reflecting her unwavering commitment to excellence and patient safety.
Driven by her passion for education, she established the MedSpa Institute, a premier hands-on training platform empowering medical providers with personalized, one-on-one instruction using live patients, plus essential business tools including patient forms, consulting, marketing guidance, and operational strategies to build confident, thriving practices.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Arviv is a proud mother of three who enjoys cooking, Pilates, and ballroom dancing—pursuits that highlight her creativity, discipline, and dedication to lifelong growth.

How To Get Started
Before you consider booking a plastic surgery procedure, it’s important to ask yourself a few questions. Consider the personal inquiries below and become better acquainted with your thoughts and feelings about your upcoming procedure, and then get in touch with us to ask further questions and book your appointment.
This question may sound silly, but both men and women often continue to grow and develop well into college. If you’re 16 years old and you’re considering breast augmentation, you may want to wait a few years to see if you’re truly “done” developing before you decide to make a change. Most plastic surgeons won’t book you for an appointment if you are still growing, and they will likely tell you to wait until you’ve been a consistent size for about a year before thinking about an elective procedure.
If you’re getting ready for gender reassignment surgery or you’ve always wanted to decrease your breast size because of the physical pain you experience due to this extra tissue, your reasons are likely obvious to yourself and well-explained to your doctor.
On the other hand, if you aren’t completely sure what you want to “fix” about yourself, are generally unhappy with your appearance, or are attempting to correct low self-esteem with plastic surgery, you will likely be disappointed with the results. This doesn’t mean that plastic surgery can’t be in your future! However, it does mean that you need to understand your reasoning before signing up for an irreversible procedure.
