Dr. Clive Persaud is a Double Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon known for his excellent surgical technique, vast medical knowledge and unparalleled patient care. Dr. Persaud hails from Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry.

Following his interest in medicine, he earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences then his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University in Kansas City, Missouri. During his medical school training, Dr. Persaud completed the prestigious Clinical Anatomy Fellowship in which he taught human anatomy and led cadaveric dissections sparking his interest in surgery.

Pursuing his passion for surgery, Dr. Persaud completed his Residency in General Surgery at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey and served as Chief Resident during his final year. In addition to honing his medical knowledge and surgical skills during residency, Dr. Persaud also published multiple manuscripts in high impact journals cementing his influence in the field of surgery.

Dr. Persaud has always had a keen sense for surgical detail and artistry thus choosing to further his training in the highly sought-after field of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Persaud completed an American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship with the esteemed Dr. Joseph Castellano in Tampa, Florida. During his fellowship, Dr. Persaud received extensive surgical training in breast, abdominal, facial, and lipo-contouring.
