At your consultation appointment, you will receive a quote on the procedure(s) you and your physician have decided upon. Your consultation fee will be applied toward your total cost if you have the procedure completed within six months of the consultation.

History and Physician
Once you have schedu led your surgery, you will need to have a healthcare physical by your local medical phsyician within 30 days prior to surgery. We will provide you with a form to have your physician complete and fax to us.

Recovery
Cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries are major procedures. Each procedure will have a different recovery time. It is important to follow any preop and postop instructions given to you. Not following these instructions could jeapardize optimum results and prolong recovery time.

Cosmetic Procedures
Cosmetic procedures must be prepaid prior to surgery. However, we do provide you information on finance plans that you may look into.

PSI is an authorized provider for most insurance companies. Our business office will assist you with any questions regarding your insurance coverage and payment options. For cosmetic procedures and skin care products we accept payment by credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
